Creative Leadership

A transformative process

A new leadership approach

Creative Leadership is a new type of leadership model and training programme. It is for three types of people – established leaders, emerging leaders and those who were never told they could be leaders.

t was defined by Rama during his time as a leader at the Royal College of Art. It believes that everyone has leadership potential and thousands of people have benefitted from the programme.

It is for individuals, groups, organisations and projects and anyone who wants to be more creative and empathic in their leadership. It is for individuals, groups and organisations.

The model centres on enduring, human values, speaking to practical application in innovation, culture-building, experiential learning and individual growth.

At the heart of Creative Leadership are three universal values:

  • Creativity as a universal human ability to develop ideas that positively impact the world.
  • Empathy as the hallmark of a 21st century leader creating connection and understanding.
  • Clarity as important in aligning vision, direction, communication and action.

Thousands of individuals and organisations from public and private sector have benefitted from sessions, workshops and training in Creative Leadership.
